Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Homelessness & Housing
Provides eviction prevention, rental assistance, affordable housing, and basic needs programs like food and hygiene to help low-income households find stability.
Safety & Health Access
Offers an emergency shelter for domestic violence survivors, health access programs, and gender-based violence advocacy to protect the well-being of women and families.
Dance Studio
Provides dance classes for youth ages 3 to 18, promoting confidence, character building, healthy living, and well-being.
Girl Power
An evidence-based support group for girls between 14 and 18 that reduces delinquency through resiliency practices and skills training.
South Baseball Club
An out-of-school youth activity for youth ages 4-7 residing within the boundaries of Elyria’s Southside, promoting character building, sportsmanship and self-discipline.
Crisis Counseling Assistance
Provides individual and group counseling, assessment, referral and resource linkage in response to the mental health crisis caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Elyria Culinary Kitchen
Offers culinary education and training to residents of the Elyria YWCA Women’s Campus, women in other shelters, and the general public.
