Evansville Civic Theatre, founded in 1925 by Frances Golden, is one of Indiana's oldest arts organizations. Originally known as The Community Players, it enhances the community by fostering appreciation for the performing arts and providing opportunities for self-expression and education through high-quality entertainment.
