About
The Fairfield Police Cadet Program (formerly Police Explorers), established in the 1970s, offers young adults (ages 14-21) insights into law enforcement. It educates them on various aspects of the field, provides leadership opportunities, and imparts decision-making skills. The program is an official part of the Fairfield Police Department and associated with the North East Regional Law Enforcement Association (NEERLEA).
Mission
The Fairfield Police Cadets program provides education and experiences to youths interested in law enforcement. They aim to develop resources for advisors and practice the highest levels of professionalism.
