Feeding Your Kids Program
Helps parents learn how to feed their children healthier and teach them to have a healthier attitude toward food. Free to parents worldwide.
Breakfast
Assesses what children eat, teaches convenient preparation, and compares labels and cereals.
Planning & Preparation
Teaches parents how to prepare shopping lists and shop with awareness at the grocery store.
Eating Behavior & Techniques
Provides guidance on decisions to leave up to the child, eating personalities, and what to do when a child refuses to eat.
Selecting Food
Covers balanced meal basics, snacks as mini-meals, and upgrading snack choices.
Advanced
Involves children in cooking, teaches how to eat new foods, and provides strategies for upgrading meals.
