The Florida Prepaid College Foundation, founded in 1990, creates opportunities for Florida students by offering scholarships to make college accessible. They provide scholarships to economically disadvantaged students and others in need, often through dollar-for-dollar matching programs with partner organizations, empowering them to achieve their potential and rise out of poverty. To date, they have awarded nearly 58,000 scholarships.

The Florida Prepaid College Foundation supports the shared goal of the Florida Prepaid College Board: making college more affordable and accessible for more Floridians.
