FOREST EDGE RECREATION ASSOCIATION (FERA), est. 1984, serves five Branford condo communities: Foxwood Crossing, Foxwood II, Foxbridge, Foxbridge Village, & Woodland Hills. FERA manages the clubhouse, grounds, pool, playground, and basketball court, funded by residents' common charges. They hold monthly meetings at the clubhouse.
