Encourages children ages 10-15 to prepare a 3-minute speech about what God, their flag, or their country means to them, fostering patriotism and pride.

Those Who Serve Membership Program
Offers the first year of membership free to active and retired law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, correctional officers, and military personnel as a thank you for their service.

Junior Order of Eagles
Instills strong moral values in community youth through teamwork, respect, selflessness, and patriotism, encouraging them to become active in their schools and aid neighbors in need.

FOE Training Courses
Provides training courses for Aerie officers and members on topics such as operations, grants, membership, auxiliary offerings, and ritual to help Aeries succeed.
