Fremont Community Theatre, founded in 1956, began as the Fremont Penthouse Players. It evolved into a community group, incorporated as a non-profit in 1961. After meeting in various locations, FCT found its home and continues to offer live theatre in Fremont, Ohio. They also support Fremont Teen Theatre, providing an outlet for young talents.
Mission
Fremont Community Theatre believes in the power of storytelling to inspire, entertain, and unite the community. As a patron, support helps them produce high-quality theatrical productions, maintain their historic venue, and provide educational opportunities for performers of all ages.
