Friends of Lucas County Children Services, est. 2002, enhances the lives of children and families served by Lucas County Children Services. Run by volunteers, they raise funds and recruit volunteers for enrichment activities like holiday gifts, graduation and adoption ceremonies, caregiver picnics, school supplies, and a Trunk-or-Treat event. They also support foster parents and relative caregivers.
