Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Friends of Northborough Seniors Support
Raising funds to support programs and social services for older residents of Northborough, in coordination with the Northborough Council on Aging and Senior Center staff.
Health Clinics
Health services including blood pressure checks and medical advice.
Center Events Support
Support for events such as the annual Veterans Day luncheon.
Low Vision Support Group
A support group for individuals with impaired vision, offering information from speakers, presentations, and discussions.
Moving Meditation Class
Fitness class that combines tai chi, qi gong, Taoist yoga, fascia layer stretching, breathing exercises, laughter, and relaxing meditation.
Chair Yoga
Yoga class that begins with meditation and gentle warm-up to an easy flow of postures to improve flexibility, balance, and strength.
Strength and Balance
Class combines strength training for muscle and bone density and stability exercises to improve balance.
Tai Chi for Vets
Tai Chi class specifically designed for Veterans of all abilities.
Tai Chi-Traditional Chinese Yang Style
Come and learn Traditional Chinese Yang Style Tai Chi, a popular and relaxing Tai Chi style.
Tai Chi/Qi Gong/Meditation Mind Body & Spirit
Session of stretching known as Qi Gong, to improve your health increase energy and stimulate blood flow. Then relax into some Ancient Shaolin Temple exercises.
Tai Chi for Arthritis
Special form of Tai Chi designed specifically for arthritis to provide an alternative to medication.
Cardio, Strengthen, Stretch and Relax
