The Friends of the Chestnut Hill Library, founded in 1986, supports the Chestnut Hill Library by promoting its services and encouraging community use. They enhance the library through donations, funding author visits, facility improvements, and collection development. The Friends also operate Hilltop Books, a used bookstore, with proceeds benefiting the library. Their mission is to ensure the library remains a vital community resource.
