The Friends of the Up-Island Council on Aging (UICOA), founded in 1989, is a non-profit dedicated to financially supporting UICOA programs that improve the quality of life for elders in the communities of Martha's Vineyard (West Tisbury, Chilmark, and Aquinnah), MA.
