Fringe Theater of Key West, founded in 2009, is a community-focused theater offering unique opportunities for people to experience theater through education, outreach, and entertainment. Originally called The People's Theater, it became Fringe Theater in 2011. It stages plays in various locations and runs educational programs such as Shakespeare in Schools, and focuses on developing local talent and offering a way 'in' to theater, making inclusive theater a major theme.
