About
The Frontier Conference, est. 1934 (originally Montana Small College Conference), promotes academic and athletic excellence among its member colleges. As a member of the NAIA, the conference encourages, sponsors, and controls athletic competition as part of the educational process. Championship sports include football, basketball, cross-country, golf, track and field, and volleyball. The conference has won approximately 10 national championships.

Frontier Conference encourages, promotes, sponsors and controls competition among member universities and colleges who consider athletics an integral part of the total process of higher education.
