SBA 504 Loan Program
Offers SBA 504 loans for expanding businesses, covering fixed asset financing. Averages after-tax profit of not more than $3M, tangible net worth of not more than $8.5M.
USDA Rural Micro-entrepreneur Assistance Program (RMAP)
Provides USDA Rural Micro-entrepreneur Assistance Program (RMAP) loans to businesses in rural areas with no more than 10 employees, supporting real estate, working capital, and equipment.
USDA Intermediary Relending Program (IRP)
Provides USDA Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) loans to entities in rural areas for acquisition, construction, equipment, land purchase, pollution control, and working capital.
