Metric Century Bike Rally
A 100 km, 65 km, and 35 km bike rally over paved roads in the scenic North Texas area.
Tug of War
Teams compete in a test of strength and teamwork.
Germanfest Fun Run
A 5K run with a finish line at Heritage Park, where runners are cheered on and can celebrate with beer.
State Championship BBQ Cook-Off
BBQ teams compete for the title of Germanfest pit master and a $5,000 prize.
Weiner Dog Races
Dachshunds race to determine the fastest wiener in the state.
Kiwanis Carnival
A carnival with unlimited rides and special family deals, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the Sacred Heart Food Pantry.
Stein Hoisting
Contestants hold a full stein of beer at shoulder height for as long as possible without bending their elbow or spilling.
