Permanent Supportive Housing
Provides safe, affordable, and permanent housing for adult men and women aged 21 and older. Includes meals, clothing, and hygiene care packages.
Case Management & Support Services
Offers intensive case management, peer support, GED assistance, pre-employment counseling, and budgeting skills. Also provides HIV education, prevention, and testing.
Transportation Assistance
Arranges transportation for medical and legal appointments. Offers a client buddy system for those able to use public transportation.

CARF accredited, they offer comprehensive support services, including intensive case management and peer support in Atlanta, GA. GIFT is dedicated to serving the underserved, including the homeless, individuals with disabilities, those recovering from substance abuse, veterans, the elderly, and persons living with HIV, helping them achieve their lifestyle goals.
