Girls on the Run (3rd-5th Grades)
For girls in 3rd-5th grade, this program blends physical activity with life skill development, teaching how to manage emotions and foster friendships.
Heart & Sole (6th-8th Grades)
For girls in 6th-8th grade, this program focuses on inspiring participants to recognize their inner strength and increase their level of physical activity.
Junior Coach
Girls aged 16-18 can volunteer as junior coaches.

Serving 26 counties in Kentucky, GOTR encourages girls to recognize their inner strength and make meaningful connections.
