Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Girls on the Run (3rd-5th Grade)
Inspires 3rd-5th grade girls to build self-confidence through physical activity and life skill development, culminating in a Community Impact Project and a 5K.
Heart & Sole (6th-8th Grade)
A middle school program designed for 6th-8th grade girls to explore emotions, cultivate empathy, and strengthen their physical and emotional health, ending with a 5K.

Girls on the Run Michiana, founded in 2010, inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident. Through interactive lessons and physical activity, GOTR empowers girls in 3rd-8th grade to develop essential life skills. The program culminates in a celebratory 5k, fostering a sense of accomplishment and community impact. GOTR Michiana serves girls across multiple counties.
