Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
3rd-5th Grade Program
A program for girls in 3rd-5th grade that combines physical activity and dynamic discussions to build social, emotional, and physical skills.
6th-8th Grade Program
Designed for 6th–8th grade girls, this program supports the whole person — body, brain, heart, and spirit through a season of growth and connection.
Junior Coach
Girls 16-18 can be a Junior Coach and mentor the younger girls.

Girls on the Run of Central Oklahoma, founded in 2011, inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through a fun, experience-based curriculum integrating running. They serve girls in 3rd-8th grade, teaching life skills and building confidence. Programs include Girls on the Run (3rd-5th grade), Heart & Sole (6th-8th grade), and Junior Coach (high school). GOTR has transformed over 4,000 lives in Central OK since 2010.
Mission
Girls on the Run has fun, evidence-based programs that inspire participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others.
