Inspires girls in 3rd-5th grade to build self-confidence through lessons blending physical activity with life skill development. Ends with a Community Impact Project and a 5K.

Heart & Sole (6th-8th Grade)
A program for 6th-8th grade girls designed to meet their unique needs, offering an inclusive place to explore emotions, cultivate empathy, and strengthen health. Culminates in a 5K.

Girls on the Run Dayton inspires girls in Montgomery, Miami, Clark & Greene Counties to build confidence & make healthy choices. Part of Girls on the Run International, GOTR Dayton has served over 8,000 girls since 2010 with programs that use physical activity & dynamic discussions to develop social, emotional, and physical skills.

Girls on the Run has fun, evidence-based programs that inspire participants to recognize their inner strength, increase their level of physical activity, imagine their possibilities, and confidently stand up for themselves and others.
