Girls on the Run (3rd-5th Grades)
Inspires girls in 3rd-5th grade to build confidence and life skills through physical activity and lessons on managing emotions and fostering friendships, culminating in a 5K.
Heart & Sole (6th-8th Grades)
A middle school program designed for 6th-8th grade girls, focusing on emotional and physical health, empathy, and social connection, also culminating in a 5K.
