{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Girls on the Run (3rd-5th Grades)
Inspires girls to build self-confidence through lessons blending physical activity with life skills, culminating in a 5K and Community Impact Project.
Heart & Sole (6th-8th Grades)
A middle school program designed to meet the unique needs of girls, fostering emotional and physical health, and culminating in a 5K.
Junior Coach (Girls 16-18)
High school girls can become leaders and role models by assisting as coaches, developing leadership skills, and making a difference in younger girls' lives.
