Girls on the Run (3rd-5th Grade)
A program for girls in 3rd-5th grade that uses physical activity and dynamic discussions to build social, emotional, and physical skills.
Heart & Sole (6th-8th Grade)
A program for girls in 6th-8th grade that strengthens emotional and physical health through confidence, competence, care, connection, and character development.
Junior Coach
A program for girls aged 16-18 that allows them to assist coaches and inspire younger girls.
