A program for girls in 3rd-5th grade focusing on building confidence, competence, care, connection, and character to strengthen emotional and physical health.
Heart & Sole (6th-8th Grades)
A program for girls in 6th-8th grade focusing on building confidence, competence, care, connection, and character to strengthen emotional and physical health.
Junior Coach (Girls 16-18)
A program for girls aged 16-18 to develop leadership skills while mentoring younger girls in the Girls on the Run program.
