Glen Ellen Vocational Academy (GEVA), est. 1995, is CA's oldest Thoroughbred retirement/rehab sanctuary. GEVA provides a safe haven for off-track Thoroughbreds, focusing on their well-being. GEVA teaches skills needed to work with horses safely and humanely, inspiring owners/trainers to prioritize horse welfare and ensure dignified retirement.
Mission
Glen Ellen Vocational Academy provides homes for injured, retired, and abused horses, preventing inhumane slaughter and abuse, while training people to work with horses safely.
