Gracious Hands, founded in 2016 in Charlotte, NC, provides transitional housing and support to homeless women and children. Their mission is to empower families to achieve self-sufficiency. They offer housing, resources, and tools to improve lives and build secure futures. Over 75% of the women served have successfully transitioned into their own homes and saved at least $5000.
