Granite State Fitkids, founded in 2000, empowers school-age children by educating them about their body systems. Their mission is to provide children with information to understand, maintain, and improve their health and fitness.
Mission
Granite State FitKids is dedicated to promoting health and fitness among children. Through its interactive 7-week curriculum, GSFK has reached over 47,000 students in New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts since its inception in 1997.
