Programs & Services
Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Recreational Rowing (Youth)
Introduces newer rowers to the sport, further developing technique and building stamina through coached sessions. Rowers can select from one or two practices a week.
Competitive Rowing (Youth)
Offers a chance to compete throughout the country at regattas. The Junior Varsity team (5th-8th grade) meets 3 nights a week, and the Varsity team (9th-12th grade) practices 5 days a week.
Adult Recreational Rowing
Monthly membership for adults who want to row once a week with the Adult Masters team.
Coached Rowing (Adult)
Spring season program with coached rowing sessions held on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Independent Rowing (Adult)
Allows adults to row independently during the summer season.
