The Greenwich Choral Society, founded in 1926, promotes choral singing and the love of great music. This auditioned volunteer chorus, drawing members from Fairfield (CT) and Westchester (NY) counties, is dedicated to performing fine choral music. They've performed internationally and in prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall, commissioning new works and offering community support through complimentary tickets and educational outreach.
Mission
The Greenwich Choral Society, serving Fairfield (CT) and Westchester (NY) counties since 1924, is dedicated to excellence in the presentation of fine choral music. Beyond concerts, they promote quality music in the community, give music scholarships, commission original choral works, and tour internationally.
