The Halloween Yacht Club, established in 1926, is a non-profit organization of boating enthusiasts in Stamford, CT. Founded by Alfred Noroton Phillips, Jr. and 16 other fishermen, the club operates a facility in Westcott Cove and has over 300 members and their families. The club's name comes from its original location in Halloween Park (now Cummings Park).
