The Hastings Community Arts Council's mission is to nurture, promote, coordinate & celebrate arts, artists and culture in Hastings, Nebraska.
Mission
The Hastings Prescott Arts Council supports and promotes the arts in the Hastings–Prescott area through community events, classes, scholarships, grants, and gallery programs. They operate the Orange Dragon Art Gallery and the HPAC Creative Space to connect and uplift local artists of all ages.
