Health 4 Haiti, founded in 2010, provides integrated healthcare services and empowers vulnerable people in Northern Haiti. Founded by Dr. Maudelin Mesadieu, it began with a mobile clinic and has established permanent health centers. Programs include general consultations, children's health, women's health, a pharmacy, dental services, and community development initiatives like scholarships, widow support, and agricultural programs.
