Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Hope Village
Provides working displaced (homeless) families a chance to own a truly low-cost home of their own.
Coat Program
Collects, washes, and dry cleans used coats and distributes them to schools, shelters, hospitals and other groups servicing the poor and homeless.
Weekend Backpack Program
Provides backpacks of food to students who do not have enough healthy meals.

Heart's Place Services, founded in 2011, supports Baltimore's homeless, particularly children. They offer weekend backpacks filled with food and winter coats. They also provide affordable housing. Each year, they assist around 18,000 individuals.
Mission
Heart's Place provides food, clothing, and shelter to the most vulnerable members of Baltimore city. They're developing Hope Village to offer affordable housing to those who work but still find themselves experiencing homelessness.
