About
Heermance Memorial Library, chartered in 1908 and re-chartered in 2000, inspires lifelong learning and supports the cultural and recreational needs of its community. Established through the bequest of Eleanor Christina Heermance, the library provides services and resources to the residents of Coxsackie. Funded by local taxes, the library's budget is voted on annually by residents.
