Helena Area Friends of Pets (HAFOP), est. 2004, unites the Helena community to combat pet overpopulation in Lewis & Clark County. A 100% volunteer-run nonprofit, HAFOP offers low-cost spay/neuter programs, outreach, and education to reduce unwanted pets.
