Founded in 2003, High Desert Opera (HDO) brought musical theater and opera to Grand Junction, CO, for 21 years. As a non-profit, HDO relied on community support to stage quality productions, providing opportunities for local talent. The company recently closed its doors after its final show, "Always...Patsy Cline."
