The Hilton Fire Department, serving the Hilton-Parma Fire District since 1888 (incorporated in 1928), provides fire, rescue, salvage, and emergency medical services. They were the first in Monroe County to sponsor a volunteer ambulance service, and they remain dedicated to protecting the community through fire protection, safety education, and EMS response.
