The Homer Historical Society, founded in 1975, is dedicated to preserving the history of Homer, Michigan. They achieve this through operating a museum, hosting monthly meetings, and organizing popular annual events such as the Herb Luncheon, Maude's Tea Party, the Bruce Miller Vintage Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show, and the Fall Festival at the Blair Historical Farm.
Mission
The Homer Historical Society was organized in 1974 to preserve and protect Homer history, educate people about the significance of local history, and establish a museum at the Blair Historical Farm. They maintain the farm, host events, and collect donations to further their purpose.
