The Illinois Hockey Officials Association (IHOA), est. 2004, registers, trains, and evaluates hockey officials in Illinois. Its mission is to improve officiating quality, ensure consistent rule interpretation, foster understanding between officials, coaches, and players, and maintain high officiating standards.
Mission
Illinois Hockey Officials Association fosters consistency in applying USA Hockey Rules and Standards through instruction and training of ice hockey officials, both new and experienced.
