The Independent Order of Odd Fellows, founded in 1819, is a non-political and non-sectarian international fraternal order. Its mission is to improve and elevate the character of mankind, visit the sick, relieve the distressed, bury the dead, and educate the orphan. IOOF offers various programs, including educational foundations, youth pilgrimages, and support for visual research, housing, and arthritis.
