About
The Indochina Sino-American Community Center (ISACC), est. 1990 in NYC, helps immigrants/refugees integrate by providing programs for economic self-sufficiency. Founded by Indochinese refugees, ISACC initially served seniors with ESL, naturalization, and job training. It has expanded to serve the entire community, offering services like mental health assessments and entitlement assistance. ISACC trains over 1,500 students yearly and assists in the naturalization of 100 immigrants.
