The Interagency Council of Norristown (ICN), established in 1981, strengthens diverse communities in Central Montgomery County through cross-systems collaboration. A consortium of human service organizations and individuals, ICN improves the delivery and access to local human services by convening providers, offering training, and providing networking opportunities. ICN also supports public awareness of human service issues to improve the quality of life in the community.
