The International Community Justice Association (ICJA), formerly the International Community Corrections Association (ICCA), promotes public safety through evidence-informed practices for justice-involved individuals. Founded in 1964 as the International Halfway House Association, it has evolved to address community-based treatment, research, and advocacy. ICJA aims to change public perception, end over-incarceration, and foster a more just society through integrated services.
