The International Institute of Gurmat Studies (IIGS), founded in 1955, is a non-profit, non-political Sikh organization. It aims to rekindle the Sikh spirit by holding camps, meetings, and festivals to study Sikh language and culture. IIGS is known for its role in pioneering the International Sikh Youth Camping Movement and its projects worldwide, including Gurbani research, Gurmukhi education, Sikh history, and support for Sikh communities.
Mission
INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF GURMAT STUDIES INC has been serving the Sikh Panth since 1955, aiming to rekindle the Sikh spirit and bring pristine Khalsa Glory to the Khalsa Panth.
