The International Ocean Film Festival (IOFF) was founded in 2004 and held its first festival in 2005 in San Francisco, California. IOFF showcases independent films promoting ocean conservation and marine environmental education. Through film, IOFF aims to inspire viewers to understand and protect our oceans.
