ICC Alaska works on behalf of the Inupiat, St. Lawrence Island Yupik, and Central Yup’ik and Cup’ik, guided by its strategic plan and declarations like the Kitigaaryuit Declaration, focusing on systemic change, sustainability, and leveraging international infrastructure.
