IOWA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL TUITION ORGANIZATION (IISTO), formed in 2009, makes private education affordable by providing tuition assistance to lower-income families. IISTO receives donations, offering Iowa taxpayers a 75% tax credit. Funds are allocated to member schools, expanding access to private education.
