The Iowa Police Chiefs Association (IPCA), est. 1983 (renamed in 2009), promotes professional standards in Iowa law enforcement. Originally the Iowa Police Executive Forum, IPCA fosters open discussion and research on critical issues. It is the SACOP representative for Iowa to the IACP and actively denounces racial profiling.
Mission
The Iowa Police Chiefs Association (IPCA) works with other statewide law enforcement and public safety associations to promote professional standards within the state of Iowa.
