Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Competitive Program
Intense program for top players to compete with other communities in weekend tournaments and leagues. Requires tryouts and significant commitment.
Instructional Program
Teaches basketball skills and sportsmanship in a less intense and competitive environment. Primarily for students from one school’s attendance area.
Little Knights Program
Introduces the game of basketball to 1st and 2nd grade boys and girls.

IBA's mission is to provide the Irondale community with the opportunity for boys and girls to learn the game of basketball, develop fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship and most importantly to have some FUN!
